MyChamplainValley.com reports seniors at Harwood Union High School in Moretown plan to dedicate their class gift to the students in the form of a gazebo. The seniors are hoping to raise $7,500 by Oct. 1, with a dedication ceremony scheduled for Oct. 5.

Harwood students Eli Brookens, Liam Hale, Mary Harris, and Cyrus Zschau were killed last October after their car was struck by a wrong way driver on Interstate 89. Janie Cozzi, who attended Kimball Union Academy in Meriden, New Hampshire, also was killed in the crash.

The driver, Steven Bourgoin, has pleaded not guilty to five counts of murder. His trial starts February 2018.
